The 2009 Monty Award Winners
On December 5, Access Montgomery presented the 24th annual Volunteer Recognition and Awards Ceremony at the AMTV Studios in Rockville.
Known as the Monty Awards, these awards honor dedicated volunteers in Montgomery County that give countless hours of time to produce diverse local programming specifically for Montgomery County residents that is creative, informative and entertaining.
Dick Terrill of Wheaton led the way taking home the top honor of the evening, The Bill Randolph Award, an award that recognizes a level of unparalleled volunteer accomplishment during the preceding 12 months. Terrill has been the recipient of this award for the past four years.
